I had my facial dermal gem out fall after 15 years of having it. Freaked me out because I’ve had it for so long I didn’t know what to do. I’m new to the area and called around to multiple places , no one could help…but this place got me in right away within the hour. John was able to get it replaced in minutes. He explained everything and was just very helpful. I also have a sleeve that is unfinished and they said they would work with me to get it how I want. I would recommend this place 10/10! So polite, helpful, and a clean atmosphere.

My ten year old and I both got ear piercings. I got a conch and my daughter got her first hole on her lobe. John was awesome. Kind and patient with my daughter who was nervous to get her first piercing. The shop was clean everyone was so kind. Would 100% get another piercing here.

First of all, the fact that the autoclave was visible was 🙌 so awesome. You could definitely tell safety and cleanliness/sterilization is top priority here. My piercer was SO nice btw, such a great conversationalist and listener. Super personable yet still productive and somehow so gentle. I got my other conch done today and omg this is such a painful piercing but honestly the only actual painful part was 2 hours after because my piercer was just so good. Also this jewelry!?! 😍😍😍
